MB8MY is not just another name in the online gaming industry. We are a platform built from the ground up with a clear vision: to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable entertainment experience — made specifically for Malaysian players, in Bahasa Malaysia, with payouts in Malaysian Ringgit.
Every feature we build starts from the same question: does this genuinely help Malaysian players? The answer shapes everything about mb8my.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction and your personal information. mb8my's security system uses the same technology as Malaysia's leading banks — no compromises when it comes to protecting player data.
Your winnings are yours, and we will never hold them back. Over 98% of withdrawal requests at MB8MY are processed within 30 minutes — via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, or Boost.
The mb8my platform is built with a mobile-first approach. All games, payments, and account functions work seamlessly on Android and iOS — no extra app download required.
The MB8MY interface, customer support, terms and conditions, and all communications are available in Bahasa Malaysia. We understand what local players need and speak the same language.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit with no currency conversion or hidden fees. What you deposit is what you play with, and what you win is what you receive.
The MB8MY support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. We are here not just to answer questions — we are here to make sure your experience is always enjoyable.
MB8MY began with a simple question: why was there no online entertainment platform truly built for Malaysian players? That question became the starting point for everything.
The MB8MY founding team — made up of technology industry veterans and experienced players — launched the first version of the platform with a primary focus on Live Casino and Slots.
Within 12 months, MB8MY reached 10,000 registered members. We introduced the first fast withdrawal system in the local industry along with DuitNow support.
MB8MY launched a full Sports Betting section covering the Malaysia League, English Premier League, NBA, and over 30 other international sports.
Major technical infrastructure upgrades, the launch of our VIP programme, and integration with premium international providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
Now with over 85,000 active members, MB8MY continues to invest in technology and player experience — with the goal of becoming Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platform.
These four values are not just words on paper — they are the standards we uphold in every decision we make for the platform.
All payout rates, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies are stated clearly with no hidden conditions. We believe players who know exactly what they're doing will play more responsibly.
Player data, financial transactions, and personal privacy are protected with the latest encryption technology. This is not optional — it is a fundamental responsibility we never take lightly.
Every product decision, every platform improvement, and every policy we implement starts from one question: is this better for our players? Your satisfaction is our measure of success.
MB8MY never stops evolving. We constantly listen to player feedback, monitor global industry trends, and invest in new technology to ensure our platform stays relevant and at its best.
MB8MY is an online entertainment platform founded with a single goal — to be the place Malaysian players can truly trust. Not just a platform that claims to be safe, but one that proves it through technology, policy, and a consistent track record built year after year.
We started small. In early 2019, our team consisted of just twelve people — software engineers, user experience designers, cybersecurity specialists, and a few individuals who truly understood what Malaysian players want and do not want in an online platform. We sat together for months, planning every aspect of the platform from the ground up, rather than copying what already existed in the market.
If you have tried other platforms before, you may have run into one of these: an interface in a language you do not fully understand, withdrawals that take days to process, customer support that only responds in English or Mandarin, or payment methods that do not support local Malaysian banks.
MB8MY was built to solve all of those problems. Our interface is fully in Bahasa Malaysia. Withdrawals are processed in 30 minutes or less for nearly all methods. Our customer support speaks Bahasa Malaysia, understands local context, and operates 24/7 without interruption. And our payment methods cover all popular Malaysian options — DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost.
MB8MY believes that real entertainment should be fun — and fun entertainment requires healthy boundaries. We provide a complete set of responsible gaming tools including daily deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and the option to take a break or self-exclude from the platform for a period chosen by the player.
We also provide information and resources on responsible gaming on the Responsible Gaming our site. If you or someone you know feels that gaming is starting to have a negative impact on daily life, we encourage you to use the control tools we provide or contact our support team for assistance.
Over more than six years of operation, mb8my has paid out over RM 2 million to members every month — real winnings deposited directly into the bank accounts and digital wallets of Malaysian players across the country, from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak. Every ringgit you win is entirely yours, and our job is to make sure it reaches you quickly and safely.
We are also committed to continuously improving the player experience through ongoing investment in technology, the addition of new game options, and enhancements to our VIP programme. Players who stay with MB8MY will always get more — more bonuses, early access to new games, higher withdrawal limits, and a more personalised experience.
